Delivery Policy

Delivery policy & oorder management  

Provided all items are in stock, we usually process your order and ship items within 24 hours on weekdays.
Exceptions may be due to current workload or ongoing tattoo conventions.

The customer is responsible for any incorrect information that is the basis for correct deliveries. Any incorrect information may lead to delayed delivery.

Partial delivery of orders only takes place at the customer's request, and against extra shipping costs to the customer.

We will always contact you before making any changes to your order.

SHIPPING & PRICES

Within Scandinavia we provide shipping with either Schenker or DHL.
Our agents provide shipping to both home addresses and company addresses.

When the shipment has been sent with Schenker, you will pick up your order from the nearest service point.

  At checkout, the shipping fee is combined based on your shopping cart, if you have a selection of different products with different shipping fees, these are added up in the shipping amount. 
  
  ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times in Sweden are estimated to be 1-5 working days from the day the order is completed. Estimated delivery times for furniture and accessories from META and Tatsoul are under normal circumstances approximately one week.
